Roland Santos has practiced in the Shenandoah Valley since 1992.  He graduated from the University of Virginia and George Mason University School of Law and is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He also practices in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
